Tasting Room Server & Upper Deck Staff

We're hiring Tasting Room Servers and Upper Deck Staff! Immediate or flexible start dates for full, part-time, or one day a week employment available! How you can help!
We're looking for dependable, friendly, and energetic people to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and enjoys working with the public. Previous wine knowledge/experience is helpful but not required. Previous experience with restaurant hosting/serving and cashiering is a plus! Must be 21+ years of age to serve wine. Compensation begins at $9-11/hr + gratuities (typical take-home is $13-$20 per hour).

When you could start!
Immediate or flexible start dates for full, part-time, or one day a week employment available. The candidate may be an individual who is interested in stepping into the northern Michigan wine industry OR simply has a passion for service and is looking to put in a few more hours outside of their existing schedule! Best applicants will have weekend availability and flexibility in their schedule.

What we'll need from you!
Be able to...engage in friendly, courteous customer interactions that exceed customer expectations; share general wine knowledge and express enthusiasm for wine; work quickly, efficiently, and as a team in a fast-paced environment; stand for long periods of time; multitask well, and appropriately manage multiple groups of people at the same time; lift 50lbs (case of wine); anticipate needs of both guests and tasting room management; learn quickly and carry out written and oral instructions; have a positive attitude at all times!
