Riesling has long been considered one of the world’s greatest white wines.  However, locally, it is often less heralded – considered just another sweet wine.  Join our friends, Peninsula Provisions, for an educational and fun evening with two of Northern Michigan top winemakers, Lee Lutes of Black Star Farms and Coenraad Stassen of Brys Estate.  They will guide guests through a Riesling tasting that includes wines from Austria, Germany and Northern Michigan.  There will be 5 wines and 5 paired small bites.  The Roundtable begins at 5:30pm. $50 per person.
