Private Group
This Private Group option is great for larger parties wishing for a more exclusive setting to host a special visit - whether it's pre-wedding celebrations, staff outings, retreat excursions, birthdays, etc. This experience includes a private bar with dedicated server and outdoor picnic style seating for groups up to 50. Relax in our grassy lawn area with a glass of wine and enjoy a view of East Grand Traverse Bay and our vineyard alongside your guests.

Availability, Pricings, and Inclusions
Available during regular business hours Mid-May through September, Monday - Friday only. Advance reservation is required. This is an outdoor experience that is weather dependent as indoor or covered accommodations are unavailable.

Menu Options
Wine by the Glass
Select 5 wines of your choice from available menu. A chalkboard menu will be created with your custom list of wines. Choose to limit the number of glasses per person using drink tickets, or keep the tab open. Wine prices vary $10-16. Souvenir stemless glasses are included.
Cheese & Charcuterie Boards
Inquire for details and pricing. No outside food or beverage permitted.
Gratuity
An 20% gratuity will automatically be applied to final bill.
Deposit and Payment
Full payment based on quoted number of guests required as a deposit to hold date. Wine/food purchases and gratuity charged at completion of experience using card held on file.
Inclement Weather
This experience is weather permitting only. A full refund of the deposit will be issued in the case of inclement weather. Unfortunately indoor or covered accommodations are not available. An alternate activity is not the responsibility of Brys Estate.
